A Journey Through History, Culture, and Untamed Beauty
Your adventure begins at Edge of the Camp Gift Shop in Garryowen, Montana, located at the very site where the Battle of the Little Bighorn began. From there, you’ll travel in air-conditioned comfort through Lodge Grass, past the legendary lands known as “Where the Grass Grows With No Water,” and along the historic Good Luck Road—each turn revealing more of the valley’s untamed spirit.
At Ok-A-Beh Marina, perched on the stunning shores of the Bighorn Canyon, you’ll step off the bus and take in the sweeping views—where towering cliffs meet pristine waters, and the land tells stories of resilience and tradition.
But the journey doesn’t end there. We continue westward on Hwy 313 to Crow Agency, the cultural heart of the Crow Nation, before returning to Garryowen. Along the way, you’ll hear captivating legends, historical accounts, and untold stories of the Crow people—from the wisdom of Chief Pretty Eagle and Tom Yellowtail to the pioneering spirit behind the Yellowtail Dam and Ok-A-Beh Marina.
This isn’t just a sightseeing tour—it’s a journey through time, culture, and the raw beauty of Montana’s Bighorn Valley. Come experience a side of the West that few travelers ever see.
